Phase one:

Our dedicated team was enlisted to support the client in obtaining planning permission for the demolition of the existing garages and the subsequent construction of a new residential structure. We took great care in meticulously preparing the architectural drawings, ensuring that the application was assessed favorably. We take pride in announcing that our diligent efforts culminated in the successful granting of planning permission for the project.

Phase two:  

Our dedicated team was enlisted to support the client in producing structural engineering and building regulation documents to satisfy the requirement of the building control.
